About the event
The Planning and Development Bill 2022 published earlier this year was heralded as a major overhaul of the planning system in Ireland, aimed at streamlining our planning system. In this webinar, Stuart Conaty (Beauchamps LLP) will examine the key changes proposed in the Bill and discuss whether it will achieve this objective. Stuart will also discuss other recent developments, in particular Council Regulation (EU) 2022/2577 laying down a framework to accelerate the deployment of renewable energy. Following Stuart's presentation, he will be joined by Steve McCarthy (Fehily Timoney) and Brendan Curran (A&L Goodbody LLP) in a panel discussion moderated by Conall Bolger (ISEA).
