Sponsored Content: greentech successfully expanding in the Irish O&M photovoltaic market

After only five months of operating in the Irish photovoltaic market with services in operation and maintenance, greentech solar services Limited has already 30 MWp, with a number of solar power plants currently under contract.

greentech’s first solar farm in Ireland was Lurrig Solar Farm in Cloyne, County Cork, from I.q. Solar ltd with a 6.1 MWp, taking over monitoring, reporting as well as preventive and corrective maintenance for at least the next 5 years.

For our newest plant Lehinch Solar Farm in Clara, County Offaly, with 6.3 MWp, greentech is the photovoltaics specialist who will act as the service provider for the EPC, greentech is responsible for monitoring, plant- and incident-management, inspection and preventive management as well as PR guarantee and corrective measures.

“I see it as a good result to be fully operational after such a short time. And the pipeline is also very promising with current contract negotiations of over 165 MWp that will hopefully be in our portfolio by the end of the year. It is an exciting market to be active in, greentech’s European solar experience is something that can contribute greatly to the Irish market”, says Matthew Keane, Managing Director Ireland at greentech.
